LaCava's Column INCREASED INDEPENDENCE FOR ETHICS COMMISSION Last week, the City Council unanimously agreed to place a measure on the November ballot to increase the independence of the City’s Ethics Commission. The City’s Transportation Department added or refreshed crosswalks outside 11 schools, including D1’s Sessions Elementary School.
