Trump campaign faces another court loss in Nevada
* In a win for voters, a Nevada court rejected ([link removed]) the Trump campaign's request to toss certain timely cast mail-in ballots.

Washington, D.C. gets ballot initiative on ranked choice voting, party primaries
* Washington, D.C. voters will weigh in on a pro-voting ballot measure in November that would allow independent voters to participate in party primaries and implement a ranked choice voting system, starting with the June 2026 primary election. Struggles for voting rights continue in Mississippi
