In person absentee voting begins tomorrow!!! Currently, unlike the vast majority of states, Governor Tony Evers and his executive branch spend billions of dollars of federal funds without any approval from the state legislature, who wields the constitutional “power of the purse”. Voting YES on questions 1 & 2 on the August 13th ballot will prevent the executive branch from unilaterally spending federal dollars towards their preferred projects and provide a necessary check on their power from the state legislature.
