On August 13th, Vote YES on Questions 1 & 2

On August 13, 2024 there will be a statewide ballot initiative to approve two amendments to the Wisconsin Constitution that would give the legislature the ability to approve the expenditure of federal funds. In person absentee voting begins tomorrow!!!

Currently, unlike the vast majority of states, Governor Tony Evers and his executive branch spend billions of dollars of federal funds without any approval from the state legislature, who wields the constitutional “power of the purse”.

Voting YES on questions 1 & 2 on the August 13th ballot will prevent the executive branch from unilaterally spending federal dollars towards their preferred projects and provide a necessary check on their power from the state legislature. This ballot initiative will help solidify the constitutional separation of powers present in the Wisconsin Constitution.

Another WIN! WILL Secures 2nd Amendment Win for Wisconsin Fisherman!

WILL has successfully pressured the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to repeal an administrative rule that violates the Second Amendment for thousands of fishermen.

WILL Associate Counsel, Skylar Croy, stated, “This action by the DNR properly restores the liberties provided by our Constitution to our client and thousands of Wisconsin fishermen. Mr. Kobs and the many law-abiding gun owners can once again exercise their constitutional right without fearing unlawful enforcement.”
