The Supreme Court, which already has a conservative-leaning majority, recently made detrimental decisions on key issues like reproductive rights with the overturning of Roe v. Wade and presidential immunity with Trump v. United States. An increase in the conservative majority on the Court would pose a threat to our democracy and our fundamental rights.
