Only Citizens Vote: Great news! The Federal Law SAVE Act passed the House to plug the holes in the Federal laws to assure proof of citizenship - Help America Vote Act (HAVA) and The Uniformed Overseas Citizens Authorized Voting Act (UOCAVA) . Action Alert: It's off to the Senate and it needs our help. NC General Assembly passed S630 Only Citizens Vote amendment to stop non-citizens from voting.to appear on your ballot in November. OUR JOB: Get the message out to each county community: Only Citizens Vote. Come to plan our county strategy. NCEIT has worked tirelessly to make this happen.
