Today is a

Thanks to everyone’s support, we did not have a race this year. This is why it is so important to continue counting on early supporters like you to keep chipping in. Your contributions ensure that we can keep pushing forward.

This year in the legislature, we achieved some remarkable victories that highlight why our work in Albany is so critical:
* We passed the Warehouse Worker Injury Reduction Act ([link removed]) and the Retail Worker Safety Act, ([link removed]) historic legislation that will keep workers safe on the job.
* We hosted the first-ever oversight hearing on the workers' compensation system and passed workers' compensation reform to expand access to care.
* We expanded access to child care— eliminating the minimum wage eligibility requirement for parents and continuing to chart a path to universal child care.
* And we brought record funding back for working families– $11M for workforce development and $16.8M for Queens!

These achievements are a testament to the power of our community and the importance of our collective efforts.
