Smiles

One of my sons believes that country music superstar Zach Bryan is the voice of his generation. He compares him to Bob Dylan in terms of his songwriting power. I think Bryan is more Springsteenesque, but you get the drift of where I’m going with this.

Bryan is a Navy veteran who left the service in 2021. He now sells out stadiums nationwide. I’ve been interested in Bryan and warming to his music for some time. But with his new album, “The Great American Bar Scene,” issued just days ago, I’m now hooked. I think all it took was Bryan’s collaborations with Bruce Springsteen himself and John Mayer on this new record.
