Last Friday, they overturned the “Chevron Doctrine.” That ruling opens hundreds of avenues for big businesses to challenge environmental, health, and consumer protection laws.
It’s bad, and unfortunately, it could get a lot worse. If Trump wins this November, he will continue to stack the court with corrupt ideologues more concerned with helping their corporate backers than upholding the Constitution.
Another Trump term would likely mean a corporate-controlled court for most of my lifetime. That's why we're working hard to stop Trump and the Republicans from taking control.
