The best
time to talk about health care was yesterday. The second best time is
right now.

Our broken health care system remains a key topic as millions of voters
head to the polls this year to cast their ballots. From rising costs to
the fear of unexpected medical bills, people are demanding a solution to
the very real health care issues we all face.

We’re conducting a national health care survey to give people across the
country the opportunity to share their lived experiences with our broken
health care system.

We’ve set a goal to reach 500 completed survey responses by July 19th
(that’s less than a month away!) and we need your help if we want to reach
our goal!

friends and family to take our brief survey — we’ll send you a guide with
detailed instructions, and you’ll even be entered into our contest.
