The best time to talk about health care was yesterday. The second best time is right now.

Our broken health care system remains a key topic as millions of voters head to the polls this year to cast their ballots. From rising costs to the fear of unexpected medical bills, people are demanding a solution to the very real health care issues we all face.

We’re conducting a national health care survey to give people across the country the opportunity to share their lived experiences with our broken health care system.

We’ve set a goal to reach 500 completed survey responses by July 19th (that’s less than a month away!) and we need your help if we want to reach our goal!

We’re asking our most dedicated supporters to help us by asking your friends and family to take our brief survey — we’ll send you a guide with detailed instructions, and you’ll even be entered into our contest. Whoever gets the most people to complete the survey will win prizes!
