their loved ones. Here are a few ways you can do just that:

* Stay in touch. A card, call or visit means a lot and shows you
care.
* Offer a shoulder to lean on. Alzheimer's disease can create
stress for the whole family, and simply offering your support
and friendship is helpful.
* Give family members a reprieve. Spend time with the person
living with dementia so family members can go out alone or visit
with friends.

If you're caring for someone with
Alzheimer's or are living with the disease yourself, please know that
