The United States and the other large Group of 7 economies agreed Thursday on a plan to give Ukraine a $50 billion loan to help it buy weapons and begin to rebuild damaged infrastructure at a crucial moment in the war, when Russia has the momentum on the battlefield, as the NYT reports

Biden, Zelensky to Sign 10-year U.S.-Ukraine Security Deal

President Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky planned Thursday to sign a 10-year security agreement that will commit Washington to supply Kyiv with a wide range of military assistance, national security adviser Jake Sullivan said, as The Washington Post reports
