Since starting the Southern Trans Youth Emergency Project, we've directly given out more than $500,000 in emergency grants to over 800 families. These grants help cover travel expenses, medication, mental health support, and more. We provide $500 grants twice a year, but some journeys can cost thousands for just one trip, and providers often need to see patients 3-4 times a year to provide necessary care.
