My Fellow Floridians,

I appreciate you joining me for another campaign update! I have some important updates to share with you today. Things are starting to pick up for Team Gutmann, and we are getting ready to kick into high gear to take on Lois Frankel in November. It’s time to send her into permanent retirement. Our country needs more commonsense leaders in charge who will put America first and fight against the radical Left’s attack on education. And that’s exactly what I’ll do in Congress.

Thank you to everyone committed to standing by my side in this race. We have made incredible progress over the last several months, but we still have a lot of ground to cover before Election Day. I know that if the community comes together behind this common goal, we will secure a historic victory.

“The Guts To Fight”
This photo of some fraternity brothers at UNC Chapel Hill holding up the American flag as pro-Hamas supporters angrily surround them has taken the internet by storm. When I first saw this incredible picture of patriotism, my heart swelled with pride and hope. Valiantly, these brave students protected our flag from the rioters who tried to tear it down. For an hour, they held it up so it wouldn’t touch the ground while being screamed at and having water bottles and other debris thrown at them. These boys are true heroes and clearly have “the guts to fight”!
Campaign Fundraising Events
We have had many successful fundraising events! I want to express my sincerest gratitude to our donors for their generosity and support. This campaign is made possible by those in the community who are all in on kicking Lois Frankel out of office for good, and I’m very thankful for their contributions. Together, we will restore commonsense and conservative values to Washington!
Third Anniversary of The Brearley Letter
A few weeks ago marked three years since I wrote The Brearley Letter. When I authored the letter, I was “just a dad.” I had had enough of the school pushing its reprehensible social justice and anti-enlightenment agenda onto my intellectually curious and courageous daughter. I wrote the letter to other parents at her school and never thought it would be read by anyone other than them.

I was wrong. It went viral and changed my life forever. Now, I have been fighting tirelessly for the past three years to save our children from the woke mob that has infected our schools, corporations, government, and military. I hope you will stand with me as I run for Congress in District 22 in Palm Beach County. I want to defeat the incumbent Lois Frankel, who would allow men in women’s locker rooms and other harmful progressive ideologies that directly impact our children.

The Palm Beach Freedom Institute
I had the opportunity to attend The Palm Beach Freedom Institute talk on the current situation in Israel and the Middle East with Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Judith Miller. It was an informational event, and I was honored to be there.
Take Back Our Schools

On the most recent episode of Take Back Our Schools, I spoke with education activist Erika Sanzi about the Biden administration’s new Title IX rules. Sanzi gave us a brief overview of the history of the legislation and talked about how the rules changed dramatically under the Obama administration and then the Trump administration. And now, Biden’s new rules bring back kangaroo courts and eliminate due process on college campuses for students accused of sexual harassment. She shared how the new rules compel speech and likely violate the First Amendment. Sanzi also explained how the rules make gender a protected class, which will inevitably lead to the destruction of girls’ and women’s sports. Finally, we discussed what her organization, Parents Defending Education, is doing to combat Biden’s new rules and her view on why Congress has been absent in this fight.
