Hey, John –

It’s Jesse, Hillary’s husband (and also her number one fan!). Hillary’s dedication, compassion, and excellence shine through in every role she fills, from social worker to lawyer to my amazing partner in life to Congresswoman. But above all, her most exceptional role is being an unparalleled mom to our two boys (three if you count Smoky, which we do).

This job is so tough, but Hill always finds time to be there for our boys–whether it’s homework help across the miles, cheering (ok, a little too loud) on the sidelines of their sporting events, or her nightly story hour (whether at home or through Zoom when she’s in DC). She shows up for her boys, just like she shows up for her constituents and her country.

For Mother’s Day, I wanted to celebrate her by showing her that her enormous grassroots community is there for her. And hopefully, give her a little weekend break for Mother’s Day. I’m hoping to help her raise $10K before the end of the weekend (VERY doable through this network if everyone gives).
