John, with Mother's Day coming up this weekend, I'm reminded of how lucky I am to be a mom.
Because at the end of the day, my kids are my whole world, and they're behind why I do what I do – in fact, fighting for their safety is what inspired me to run for Congress in the first place.
Before I tell you that story, you should know that I'm running a pro-safety, community-first campaign to unseat MAGA extremist John James and finally put our kids' safety at the top of the priority list. Will you join my team with a donation today?

John, my story about why I decided to run for Congress actually starts on one of the scariest days of my life.
In November 2021, my son survived a mass shooting at his school, and those few seconds where I didn't know if he was alive were the worst of my life. At the end of the day, this tragedy devastated our community.
And then it happened again – just 14 months after the Oxford shooting, fifty kids and families who had already survived one mass shooting were experiencing the unthinkable for a second time.
That's when I knew, as a mom, I had to roll up my sleeves and do something to keep our kids safe. So I've testified in the state legislature, I've organized in our community, and now, where MI-10's own John James has failed to step up to the plate, I'm ready to be the voice our district needs in Congress.
The fight I have ahead of me is going to be incredibly difficult. After just qualifying to get on the ballot last month, my team and I have been working all hands on deck to get my pro-safety message out to voters, but we need your help. Will you support my team with a donation of any amount today?
