with “gender identity” in Title IX.



What does this affect? In short, everything Title IX affects: Sports teams.
Locker rooms. Bathrooms. Housing. Academics. Anything that was once “women’s
only” is no more.



That’s why I'm suing the Biden Administration for its unlawful Title IX
rewrite that jeopardizes 50 years of landmark protections for women and
leverages billions in federal funding to force a left-wing social agenda on the
States.
