President Biden’s latest power grab will astonish you. 

With the stroke of a pen, the Biden Administration is trying to replace “sex” with “gender identity” in Title IX.

What does this affect? In short, everything Title IX affects: Sports teams. Locker rooms. Bathrooms. Housing. Academics. Anything that was once “women’s only” is no more.

That’s why I'm suing the Biden Administration for its unlawful Title IX rewrite that jeopardizes 50 years of landmark protections for women and leverages billions in federal funding to force a left-wing social agenda on the States. 

We will not roll back Title IX in the name of false equity.

And take note: This radical change is not a bill being debated in Congress. They are avoiding Congress and the constitutional process once again because they know this radical agenda would never pass.
