<[link removed]> Friend, Believe it or not, my opponent, a politician who served 22-years in elected office, screwed up his petitions to get on the ballot for the 2024 congressional race. Michigan requires every candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives to submit 1,000 signatures of valid registered voters from their district. There is a specific petition format and the State requires strict compliance for those signatures to be eligible. One of those requirements is the title of the office sought. My opponent put “U.S. Congress,” which is not an office, nor a title, it is a branch of government that includes the Senate and the House of Representatives. The State requires candidates to use “Representative to Congress,” which I did. Donate <[link removed]> The former Chairman of Michigan’s Board of Canvassers filed a complaint requesting the Board of Canvassers disqualify my opponent from the ballot. Because he is the only Democratic candidate who filed, that would mean I would have no Democratic opponent in the top open seat congressional race in America! But we need your help! This fight will require significant legal challenges that we had not anticipated when we put together our budget. Can you rush a donation today to help us fund this effort? If we are successful, I could be unopposed in November. <[link removed]> We have the opportunity to put this seat away early with your help and insure our Republican majority in Congress! I want to help! <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <[link removed]> Read the full story here. <[link removed]> <[link removed]> Donate <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <[link removed]> <mailto:[email protected]> <[link removed]> PO Box 15221, Lansing MI 48901, USA Unsubscribe <[link removed]>
