OAH has published an updated version of the Best Practices for eFiling Exhibits in Administrative Law cases [ [link removed] ]. 

Best Practices for eFiling Exhibits in Workers' Compensation cases [ [link removed] ] *has not changed*.

What changed

The best practices previously stated that exhibits must be eFiled 7 days before the hearing. This was removed, and the document no longer lists a filing deadline. Parties should file their exhibits by the deadline identified in the judge's prehearing order.
