OAH has published an updated version of the Best Practices for eFiling Exhibits in Administrative Law cases. 

Best Practices for eFiling Exhibits in Workers' Compensation cases has not changed.

What changed

The best practices previously stated that exhibits must be eFiled 7 days before the hearing. This was removed, and the document no longer lists a filing deadline. Parties should file their exhibits by the deadline identified in the judge's prehearing order.
