It goes without saying that this year’s Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel’s
Independence Day, will be unlike any other. With hostages still in
captivity, no end in sight to the war or humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and
tensions boiling at protests in both Israel and the US, Israelis and Jews
around the world will mark the establishment of the Jewish state 76 years
ago.

At this moment, when so many in our movement are holding multiple hard
truths simultaneously, we are proud to join our Progressive Israel Network
partners in marking the holiday by hosting a Yom Ha’atzmaut webinar.

Please join us on Tuesday, May 14 at 2pm Eastern for this celebration,
featuring an appearance from our friend and partner Representative Jerry
Nadler.

We're also honored to be joined by Israeli activists Ami Dror and Shir
Nosatzki, Rabbi Andrea London, and Israeli-born singer Danny Maseng.
