It goes without saying that this year’s Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day, will be unlike any other. With hostages still in captivity, no end in sight to the war or humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and tensions boiling at protests in both Israel and the US, Israelis and Jews around the world will mark the establishment of the Jewish state 76 years ago.

At this moment, when so many in our movement are holding multiple hard truths simultaneously, we are proud to join our Progressive Israel Network partners in marking the holiday by hosting a Yom Ha’atzmaut webinar.
