In today's society, temptations and pressures are all around, including the pressure to vape. Some of the pressures you encounter will be hard to say no to. To help you be successful, surround yourself with positive influences like family, friends, teachers, or coaches who can support you.
Designed by the University of Nebraska Lincoln Extension, after completing this activity, you'll be able to recognize social, emotional, and everyday triggers to vaping, discover alternatives to avoid vaping triggers, define positive and negative influences, link positive influences with saying no to vaping, and identify and thank the people who are positive influences in your life.
