If that wasn’t enough, here's how former President Trump's visit plays in our race:

Recent polls show that President Biden and former President Trump are just about tied in a head-to-head race here in Michigan — along with our Senate race being a dead-heat. And Trump clearly knows how important the Senate race is here in Michigan: Not only has he endorsed one of our opponents, Mike Rogers, but last time he was in Michigan, he directly attacked me.

Safe bet he’ll do it again tonight.

And that means we can likely expect to see Trump in Michigan a lot: boosting Mike Rogers and attempting to drag me down. And National Republicans will be doing everything they can to flip our state red and boost our ultimate GOP opponent in the Senate race.

The last time Trump was here, a mere four weeks ago, we managed to raise a lot of support. It was something I was proud to compare to Republicans in this race, since they didn’t seem to capitalize on his last visit.

So we’re trying to send that message again. Because what happens in Michigan impacts everything this November.
