Friend —
Donald Trump just got off the stage from his rally in Michigan – and he directly attacked me by name for the first time in this campaign. For a man known for his nicknames, he called me “far left liberal lunatic Slotkin” and went through a slew of Trumpian lies about what I believe, say, and do.
We knew it was a matter of time before he went after me personally, and this is likely just the beginning given his style.
That’s why I need your help to fight back and keep Michigan blue in November. Please, use this link to donate now:

During his rally, Trump stood shoulder to shoulder with Mike Rogers, the GOP candidate Trump endorsed in the messy GOP primary, who he said will be a “warrior” for his far-right agenda in the Senate. He also attacked union workers, railed against his political opponents, and continued his lies about the 2020 election.
And this visit — his fifth in just ten months — comes on the heels of a staggering interview where he laid out, plain and clear, his plans for a second term, including allowing states to monitor womens’ pregnancies and criminally prosecute women who violate abortion bans.
We know Trump’s playbook, friend.
And every time Trump returns, it is a likely boon for our potential opponent – in fundraising, in media coverage, and in volunteer activity.
We need to not only match that energy, but exceed it.
No matter what anyone may tell you, Michigan is a swing state – full stop. And just as we have swung toward Democrats, Michigan is known for swinging right on back.
