Yesterday the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Idaho v. United States and Moyle v. United States , which will determine whether states can deny emergency abortion care to pregnant people.

If the Court sides with extremists, that would mean excluding pregnant people from the right to treatment for emergency medical conditions—creating devastating effects in states with abortion bans, but could also have ripple effects in states where abortion is still available.

Anti-abortion extremists are doing whatever it takes to ban and restrict abortion across the country. They're using the courts to gut our rights at whatever cost—saying they'd rather let pregnant people suffer than be provided with life-saving care.
