This April, we're highlighting National Volunteer Week, a time to honor the incredible individuals who fuel The Trevor Project's mission. From offering a listening ear on our Lifeline to fostering safe spaces online, our volunteers embody compassion and dedication, making a real difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ youth nationwide.

Our latest blog ([link removed](i.e.e-newsletter)&utm_source=emailsegment-wholefile1&utm_campaign=generaleffort) features a candid interview with current Trevor Lifeline volunteer Lisa Sugarman (she/her). As a mom of a bisexual daughter and a newly out member of the pansexual community who has experienced the impact of suicide, she shares what led her to volunteer at Trevor and her firsthand accounts of providing support, hope, and understanding to LGBTQ+ young people in crisis. Lisa’s insights showcase the transformative impact of volunteering with The Trevor Project.
