This week, the Arizona Supreme Court showed once again how far opponents of reproductive freedom will go to trample our rights and deny patients access to care. The court is allowing a total abortion ban, with virtually no exceptions, to be enforced. This ban is from 1864 -- before women could vote. It not only will eliminate abortion access in the state, it will criminalize doctors who provide abortion care, too.

Under a court order, the ban can't be enforced until 45 days after the state supreme court's ruling is finalized, so for a limited time people in Arizona can still get abortion care. We have to move quickly to make sure patients can get the care they need. Please, chip in now with an emergency donation.
