Just recently, The Wall Street Journal put a spotlight on my campaign’s commitment to protecting reproductive rights in this race, and why this issue is so personal to me.

As I said in The Wall Street Journal , I’m so grateful to have my daughter, Mira. After I had Mira, I turned to in-vitro fertilization (IVF) to try to have another child. Though I was ultimately unsuccessful, I know that that opportunity should never be taken away from a woman. But Mariannette Miller-Meeks and her fellow extremists want to do just that.

As I have emphasized time and time again, Miller-Meeks has proven herself out of touch with the needs of everyday Iowans. By endorsing extreme "life-at-conception" bills that would have outlawed IVF, she has once again abandoned the interests of her own constituents.
