Upfront costs remain one of the critical barriers to accelerating the implementation of retrofit measures in UK homes.

The Green Home Finance Accelerator (GHFA) awarded grant funding to 26 projects to develop innovative and compelling financial propositions for homeowners, private and public rental sector. During this discovery phase, projects developed their concepts through extensive market and consumer research.
