Allied Universal is a security company that violated New York’s prevailing wage laws and swindled workers for years — until Brad and AG James launched an investigation. Now that the settlement has been reached, security guards who were denied fair compensation will now receive restitution amounting to nearly $30,000.

When it comes to workers’ rights, Brad is never afraid to hold those with power accountable. That’s why the Office of the Comptroller has recovered over $5 million in back wages and settlements owed to workers since 2022.
