Workers’ rights are our basic rights.

Big win for workers’ rights, John.

Brad teamed up with Attorney General Letitia James to return nearly $230,000 in stolen wages to New York City workers!

Allied Universal is a security company that violated New York’s prevailing wage laws and swindled workers for years — until Brad and AG James launched an investigation. Now that the settlement has been reached, security guards who were denied fair compensation will now receive restitution amounting to nearly $30,000.

When it comes to workers’ rights, Brad is never afraid to hold those with power accountable. That’s why the Office of the Comptroller has recovered over $5 million in back wages and settlements owed to workers since 2022.

Brad Lander always has workers’ backs. Will you have Brad’s back and contribute any amount you can today to support Brad’s efforts fighting for New York City workers and organized labor?

The US unionization rate dropped to 10.1 percent in 2022, the lowest on record according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Yet approval of unions is now currently at its highest point since 1965, per a recent Gallup Poll. We’re seeing robust labor campaigns spark change and dialogue across the country — from the Writers Guild of America strike, to Fordham University graduate students who just authorized a strike this week.

Worker organizing has been at the heart of political and policy change in NYC for hundreds of years — and it's workers who are powering some of the most exciting efforts to improve the lives of New Yorkers today.

Can you make a one-time contribution to support Brad Lander? Brad is doing everything he can to ensure that New York city workers are paid fairly and that those who violate labor rights are held accountable.

In solidarity,

Team Lander
