We're hiring for a Manager, Program Partnerships.The ideal candidate will have classroom experience, familiarity managing and expanding educational partnerships, would enjoy traveling around the country leading professional development, and have a desire to support civic education broadly. Experience in educational sales (even if you have simply worked a conference booth) and leading PD are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in cultivating and managing relationships with school districts, educators, and educational organizations.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and pursuing educational partnership opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of educational trends, curriculum standards, and pedagogical strategies in social studies education preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
