We're hiring for a Manager, Program Partnerships.The ideal candidate will have classroom experience, familiarity managing and expanding educational partnerships, would enjoy traveling around the country leading professional development, and have a desire to support civic education broadly. Experience in educational sales (even if you have simply worked a conference booth) and leading PD are preferred.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in cultivating and managing relationships with school districts, educators, and educational organizations.

Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and pursuing educational partnership opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of educational trends, curriculum standards, and pedagogical strategies in social studies education preferred.

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

A willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed to fulfill the demands of the role.
