DWC will review all sections in the following chapters in Title 28, Texas Administrative Code:


* Chapter 120 (Compensation Procedure--Employers);
* Chapter 122 (Compensation Procedure--Claimants); and
* Chapter 124 (Insurance Carriers: Notices, Payments, and Reporting).
