DWC accepting comments on routine rule review

DWC will review all sections in the following chapters in Title 28, Texas Administrative Code:

• Chapter 120 (Compensation Procedure--Employers);
• Chapter 122 (Compensation Procedure--Claimants); and
• Chapter 124 (Insurance Carriers: Notices, Payments, and Reporting).
