Just this spring:

[link removed] [[link removed]] Torrential rainfall caused flash floods in Atlanta that destroyed homes and businesses, felled trees, and led to emergency rescues by boat across the city.

Across Japan, more than 480 heat records were shattered in just under three days in February. Spain had its hottest January on record. These are just a few examples of skyrocketing global temperatures.
