Learning from 10 years of California’s climate investments
Ten years ago, the State of California launched an equity-centered climate funding initiative, including $10 billion in investments to benefit environmentally disadvantaged communities. P4A researchers at the Greenlining Institute completed a

comprehensive equity analysis of the California Climate Investments initiative and provided lessons from these programs on strategies that worked and others that should be avoided when working toward advancing equity.
Commemorating COVID-19 service workers
On March 15, the fourth anniversary of New York City’s first COVID shutdown, P4A grantees at One Fair Wage hosted an event commemorating the restaurant workers who faced unprecedented challenges during the pandemic. The event served as a memorial for those lost and a platform for sharing evidence on the continued inequities in subminimum-wage work.

Every Black Voice: A community-driven approach to reparative justice
“Every Black Voice” is more than a report; it’s a movement toward reconciliation and reparative justice in Asheville, North Carolina.
