Here are some recent updates.
* Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kari Lake and Arizona Senate candidate Mark Finchem, backed by the MyPillow guy Mike Lindell, appealed ([link removed]) their lawsuit seeking to ban electronic voting machines to the U.S. Supreme Court. Lower courts dismissed the case, calling their claims "frivolous."
* A federal court adopted ([link removed]) new legislative districts in Washington state that fairly represent Latino voters after the previous map was struck down for violating the Voting Rights Act.
* Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will stay on Trump and allies' election subversion case after special prosecutor Nathan Wade resigned ([link removed]) . A judge ruled earlier today that Wade must withdraw from the case for Willis to remain.

Here’s what to expect coming up on Monday.
* A New Jersey district court will hold an evidentiary hearing for a lawsuit filed ([link removed]) by U.S. Senate candidate and current Rep. Andy Kim (D-N.J.) and two candidates in the 2024 U.S. House of Representatives elections against 19 county clerks challenging the ballot design used in New Jersey’s primary elections.
* It’s an order day for the U.S. Supreme Court. We’re on the lookout for a congressional redistricting case in Arkansas ([link removed]) .
+ On Tuesday, SCOTUS will release at least one decision in argued cases on. The nation’s highest court still needs to issue a ruling on South Carolina ([link removed]) 's congressional map, which a lower court struck down for racial gerrymandering.
