View BJS and OVC infographics on victim service providers [ [link removed] ]

BJS and the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) [ [link removed] ] collaborated to produce a series of infographics using data from the 2019 National Survey of Victim Service Providers (NSVSP) [ [link removed] ]. The NSVSP collects data from a nationally representative sample of programs and organizations that serve victims of crime or abuse. It compiles detailed information about the victim services field, including the range of services provided to victims, the types of organizations referring victims to victim service organizations, and where gaps in services exist. The statistics shown in the infographics are from the BJS statistical report, "Services for Crime Victims, 2019" [ [link removed] ]". "?

The NSVSP is part of BJS?s Victim Services Statistical Research Program (VSSRP) [ [link removed] ]. BJS initiated the VSSRP in 2013 to build knowledge about victim services by collecting and analyzing national data from victims and the diverse entities that serve victims in all states.?
