Happy Denim Day season! Denim Day 2024 is next month - Wednesday, April 24th. This year we will commemorate TWENTY FIVE YEARS of Denim Day ([link removed]) , the longest running sexual violence prevention education campaign. Founded in Los Angeles in 1999 by POV Executive Director/CEO Patti Giggans, Denim Day started as a grassroots campaign and has now grown into an international movement. From the beginning, Denim Day has been committed to supporting survivors, challenging rape culture, and spreading education and awareness around sexual violence in all it’s forms. These goals remain relevant and necessary. Our theme for 2024 is: Sexual Violence Ends With Us. We must join together to continue to impact change and create a world without sexual violence. We’ve been busy preparing for Denim Day’s 25th anniversary. updating our action kit and online store and are excited to share everything with you. Check out everything below and stay tuned for more updates over the next two months.
