This is a term limited project that is expected to last two (2) years.

The *Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning Project Manager *is a 2-year term limited project position that will serve as the project manager overseeing a complete preventive maintenance audit and will create a comprehensive PM plan. This plan will be an organized approach to maintaining the condition of the *Department of Enterprise Services (DES)* buildings, machines, equipment, and assigned tenant equipment. The PM strategy will require regular inspection and maintenance to address potential issues before they become more serious repair or replacement needs.

*Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm or Flexible Schedule
Full-Time | Project limited duration
