The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning Project Manager is a 2-year term limited project position that will serve as the project manager overseeing a complete preventive maintenance audit and will create a comprehensive PM plan. This plan will be an organized approach to maintaining the condition of the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) buildings, machines, equipment, and assigned tenant equipment. The PM strategy will require regular inspection and maintenance to address potential issues before they become more serious repair or replacement needs.
