As Blue Dogs in Congress, we believe it’s time to move past the politics of extremism and division.

We face many systemic challenges that threaten our future prosperity and security as a country. That includes traditional threats from enemies at home and abroad, an out-of-balance trade deficit, and a tax code that is rigged for those at the top.

People are feeling cynical about the role of government, and for good reason.
