Did you see what the Alabama Supreme Court ruled last week?

The Alabama Supreme Court stunned people nationwide with a ruling that declared frozen embryos to be children. This interferes with our right to decide if, when, and how to grow our families.

This decision puts health care providers, including those that provide in vitro fertilization (IVF), at risk. The three largest fertility clinics in Alabama have already paused IVF services.
