John, as you may know, working families are bearing the brunt of these tough times brought on by the coronavirus.

I was proud to lead the passage of legislation in the House that establishes an emergency paid sick leave program for workers and families across the country impacted by the outbreak. But it’s not enough – there’s far more to do to ensure that America’s workers never have to choose between forgoing a paycheck by staying home and putting themselves and others at risk.

If you believe as I do that we need to stand up for working people – not just during a public health crisis, but always – I'm counting on you to be one of the 18 more members of this grassroots team to let me know before midnight:
