John, as you may know, working families are bearing the brunt of these tough times brought on by the coronavirus.
|
|
I was proud to lead the passage of legislation in the House that establishes an emergency paid sick leave program for workers and families across the country impacted by the outbreak. But it’s not enough – there’s far more to do to ensure that America’s workers never have to choose between forgoing a paycheck by staying home and putting themselves and others at risk.
