Project HOPE

==========================================
Everyone is a Humanitarian (especially today!)
==========================================

For nearly 65 years, Project HOPE has worked to save lives and deliver supplies, care and training to those in need. Today our community (including you!) is bigger and more diverse than ever.

Our team of 900 humanitarians are serving children and families facing devastating emergencies from the U.S. to Ukraine and Ethiopia -- all based on our simple, but enduring foundation of humanitarian values. We know that when it comes to building a more equitable world, all of us have a role to play.

Everyone is a humanitarian. From gamers, Congress-callers and frontline workers, to coffee-shop fundraisers, volunteers and dedicated donors, everyone in this community helps save and improve lives in so many ways. Take the pledge today for World Humanitarian Day and meet a few of the Project HOPE humanitarians you help support.

==========================================

If you're passionate about building a better world where everyone has access to health care, you can take action. Take the pledge today to say 'I am a humanitarian.'

Being a humanitarian is about changing people's lives. There is nothing better in the world than seeing people smiling because you managed to make their lives better.
- Yulia Rudnichenko, Ukraine Program Officer

Being a humanitarian means being there for people when they need you most. Being of service to people who need you without expecting anything in return.
- Rabih Torbay, President and CEO

Being a humanitarian means putting myself in the shoes of people who are in need and doing my best to help them.
- Dr. Reda A. Mansour, Chief of Party, Egypt
